Armand M. Gutierrez, FPM, is a professional Human Resource Management practitioner with wide exposure in all areas of HR management and Development.

Prior to setting up Best Allied Services Integrated Company Inc. in 2000, he had accumulated 18 years of Personnel Management experience, including a stint as Plant Personnel Manager at Levi Strauss (Philippines) Inc.

A Business Administration graduate, Armand is a Fellow in Personnel Management. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines in 1994 and 1999. He was a former Director of the Paranaque Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is Past President of the Rotary Club of Sucat, Paranaque.
